The big banks are following a trend in providing premium accounts to the selected customers who have a great credit past and belong to high income group. The people belonging to low income strata are thus looking forward to the private loan institutions. Though the government has been asking banks
to provide credit to all individuals but the recent trend shows that
this is not the case. This has brought the loan institutions in highlight
which cater to the need of all individuals be the one with bad credit
rating or the one going in for
unsecured
loan with no collateral. After a research a group suggested that around
11% in UK do not have access to bank accounts and the number rises to
around 35% in case of low income group Though the banks are accounting
for large profits but it's the loan organizations that actually cater
the common man's needs.
